Can I have an additional driver?
Yes, of course. We understand you want to share the joy with others, so we make it easy for you to add another driver.
All additional drivers will follow the same hire rules as you and we do need to see all drivers’ licences when you collect your hire vehicle.

If a hire car can carry two bags, how big are the bags?

PAYING FOR YOUR HIRE VEHICLE
What’s the difference between a fixed value and full credit voucher?
A full credit voucher covers the entire hire, however much it costs.
You can pick up a fixed value voucher from a travel agent, but full credit vouchers are only available for business rentals through a corporate travel agent.

Can I collect miles or points on all hire vehicles?
But there are times you won’t be able to collect miles or points. This will happen if you’re a public-sector employee, using a travel industry or airline employee rate, renting a van, or using a substitute, net or tour operator rate.
If you hire more than one vehicle from the same location within 24 hours, your miles or points balance will only be credited once.

OTHER CHARGES
Are there any extra charges on top of the standard hire price?
Your booking typically includes Collision Damage Waiver (vehicle damage cover), vehicle theft cover, tax, breakdown assistance, location charges and, depending on the location car and rate, unlimited mileage. But unless you let us know, it does not include young driver charges, additional driver charges, fuel, upgraded cover, or optional extras such as additional equipment or out-of-hours services.
Please bear in mind your booking fee will never include any parking or traffic violations.

AFTER YOU'VE BOOKED
How is my booking confirmed?
On the rare occasion we’re unable to confirm availability of your chosen options, your reservation will be put on request. We will update you within 72 hours. Of course, we understand if you decide to change or cancel your booking at this point. Naturally, we won’t take payment until your request is confirmed.
