Terms and Conditions
(1) 15% discount on weekends and 10% discount during the week on the base public rental rate (consisting of a daily and/or per-kilometre rate), excluding supplements, options, upgrades, additional protection, insurance and any costs associated with driving the vehicle (damage, fuel, etc.). Discounts are only applicable to Avis-branded vehicle rentals in mainland France (excluding Corsica), and excluding franchised branches. The weekend offer applies to pick-ups and drop-offs between Thursday noon and Sunday evening. The General Terms and Conditions of Rental applicable to all vehicle rentals must be respected (see General Terms and Conditions of Rental). Up to 10% discount on rentals in franchised branches in France and in all branches outside France located within the European area. Offers cannot be combined and are limited to one rental contract at a time. Discount applicable when booking on the dedicated website or with AWD B494401 with prepayment for a tourist or Select Series vehicle (excluding the Prestige range), for hire in mainland France (excluding Corsica) for a period from 1 to 28 days. Modifications and cancellations are subject to terms and conditions.
(2) Disneyland Gold Pass, Disneyland Silver Pass, Infinity Annual Pass, Magic Plus Annual Pass and Magic Flex Annual Pass: 20% discount on weekends in France, 15% discount during the week in France, up to 10% discount in Europe, free membership of the Avis Preferred loyalty programme. Disneyland Bronze Pass, Discovery Annual Pass: 15% discount on weekends in France, 10% discount during the week in France, up to 10% discount in Europe, free membership of the Avis Preferred loyalty programme. The Disneyland Paris offer is only valid for holders of a valid Disneyland Pass or Disneyland Paris Annual Pass. Discounts on the offer are calculated on the base public rental rate (consisting of a daily rate and/or per-kilometre rate), excluding extras, options, additional protection and insurance. Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only applicable to vehicle rentals in mainland France (excluding Corsica). The weekend offer applies to pick-ups and drop-offs between Thursday noon and Sunday evening. The General Terms and Conditions of Rental applicable to all vehicle rentals must be respected (see General Terms and Conditions of Rental).
